Our program is a solid position in the traditional Four Pillars of the Green politics, which are:
  1. Ecological wisdom
  2. Social justice and equality
  3. Grassroots democracy (with the participatory democracy, direct democracy and mutualism expanded to the Democracy with a Human Face)
  4. Non-violence (and antimilitarism)
  5. And addition:
  6. anti-capitalismanti-fascism, anti-clericalism, anti-xenophobia and multiculturalism and protection of the human rights.

Preliminarily exclude the fact that we standing alone on parliamentary or regional level. We want to go into the elections in coalition with environmental non-right-wing parties and small center-left and left-wing extraparliamentary parties. Condition for cooperation is a coalition that partners accede to respect all the above mentioned four basic pillars of green policies, and resolutely reject any form of xenophobia (including Islamophobia, homophobia and nationalism), paid education and health, and building a U.S. military base in the Czech Republic. It is also possible that it will encourage political parties on their election ballot for the candidates placed by us.
Excluded is any coalition with Bursík’s right-wing sect in the Green Party, the clericals, and any other right-wing parties (liberal, fascist, neo-Nazi or conservative). Never not support the government or municipal council with the participation of: ODS (Conservative Party), the Workers’ Party (Neo-nazi), National Party, National-Bolshevik Party or clerical CDU-CPP, and their extremist clero-fascist sect  TOP-09.

Thesis program, Green Left:

(Extract from the Statutes ZeL)

 ZEL is environmentally-left party and eco-socialist eco-anarchist, anti-militarist, anti-imperialist, anti-fascist, anti-clerical, anti-capitalist and multicultural orientation.

Socialism understood as a humane, democratic movement towards the emancipation of man. According to our understanding of not-Stalinist Bolshevik regime in Czechoslovakia in the years 1948-1989 Socialism, for which only published a false, but it was a dictatorship of the state-monopoly capitalism.

Anarchism does not understand as dislocations, chaos and violence that are in his vulgar imagination often mistakenly attributed to, but as a perfectly organized nonauthoritative free society based on principles of harmony and consensus, which can not be managed “top-down” but “bottom-up”. Elected representatives are therefore governed by its voters and their political activity to be continuously responsible to voters.

Long-term goal, we see the transition to a fair consensus society, composed of loosely associated groups of cooperating free and equal people, where non-monetary market capitalist economy, but the shift based on the amount of work required to produce commodities. This company will live in harmony with nature, so that it does not cause long-term.

As the immediate target is the transition to a system of “Democracy with a Human Face”, where they have control over the behavior of the voters of their elected representatives in important key issues to be decided on the principles of direct democracy - the referendum would put the possibility of electronic voting and referendums, it will be removed any discrimination against minorities and the country will not work on the principles of the nation state, but on the principles of multiculturalism. The company takes care of social justice and equality and ensure the effective protection of nature.

ZeL unites citizens of the Czech Republic, without distinction of religion and social status, which combines respect for nature, human rights interest in protecting the natural environment and social justice. ZeL subscribes to the principles of equitable social order of society and to collaborate with leftists and peaceful ecologically oriented entities in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Rejects discrimination those of any political parties, associations and movements that seek to democratically social justice and enforce the totalitarian takeover, not striving for human exploitation, or nature, or of discrimination against any group of people. Rejects cooperation with neo-Nazi, fascist, Zionist, clerofascist, clerikal, Stalinist, national-Bolshevik, conservative, neoliberal and other right-wing organizations and also with those who advocate a ruthless exploitation of nature.

ZeL is strongly pro-EU party. For the European Union but advocates a model of the Union of European citizens and not the current model of the European Union capital. We want to strive to ensure that countries in the EU have similar positions in the cantons of Switzerland. Lisbon Treaty, therefore, deemed inappropriate, as it is in many respects inadequate and in many other ways, again reduces the country substantially more than their individual constitution Swiss cantons. However, we consider it a possible temporary solution, to craft a new contract  European Constitution based on equitable principles.

At the European level ZeL will endeavor to take either the Green party, or to the left. Will encourage the establishment of similar parties in other EU countries, especially in countries bordering with the Republic directly. At present, the Green Left outside of Europe, Canada and Australia, in Europe, then in the Nordic countries (Sweden, Finland, Denmark and non-EU Norway and Iceland ), which are grouped under NGLA (Nordic Green Left Alliance) and the Netherlands (where there are GroeneLinks one of the most important political parties and elections to the European Parliament in 2009 received 44.5 times the earnings of local Greens - De Groene) and Great Britain (where he currently works as a part of the Greens  The Green Party).
We are opposed to participation in NATO and we insist on holding a national referendum, which would either membership in NATO legitimized, or would lead to its abandonment. Do not want to deal with questions of defense within NATO, but in EU countries (like Austria, Sweden, Finland, etc.).

Fundamentally reject the presence of foreign military bases and foreign troops on the territory of the Republic. We demand a referendum on the question of U.S. military bases in Central Europe and, depending on the outcome of an immediate cessation of the preparations for its establishment. We fully support the No Bases Initiative.

We are opposed to economic globalization and exposure to the IMF, World Bank and WTO in the country.

Preliminary outline of the program here Zel

Organisational Structures of party

ZeL is organized as a federation of autonomous cells. The cell has a min. 3 members and its administrative affairs, the old mines. three-member committee. The cells may be organized only by place of residence of the members, but also by their focus, interests, or other connecting factors. Individual cells may have different political orientations, provided that this is consistent with the program and statutes. Individual cells can organize themselves voluntarily to higher organizational units, such as by region, or focus.

Cells elect representatives to the Coordinating Council or delegate its mandate to a representative of other cells. Cells have a number of delegate votes by the number of cell members, who delegate it. In case of disagreement over the representative cell can delegate more representatives who will then have a number of votes according to how many members it has delegated the cells. However, the majority vote in the Coordinating Board to remain Only as a last resort, since the Coordinating Board is trying to reach its decision on the principle of consensual agreement. The Coordinating Board shall govern the party between congresses.

The office of the Praesidium (or President) carries a five-member Central Council ZeL position of all five members of the Central Council is the same. and equal. Elect is the Party Congress
